  • Meet in public places for first-time hangouts
  • Tell a trusted friend or family member where you're going
  • Bring your phone and keep it charged
  • Trust your instincts—if something feels off, leave
  • Consider video chatting before meeting in person

Recognize Warning Signs

  • Someone asks for money or financial assistance
  • Pressure to move conversations off Feelr immediately
  • Inconsistent stories or evasive about basic questions
  • Aggressive, controlling, or manipulative behavior
  • Requests for inappropriate photos or information

Reporting & Support

How to Report

If you encounter inappropriate behavior or content:

  1. In-App: Use the report button on any profile, message, or match
  2. Email: Contact our safety team at [email protected]
  3. Emergency: If you're in immediate danger, contact local law enforcement first, then report to us

What to Include in Reports

  • Username of the person you're reporting
  • Description of what happened
  • Screenshots if possible (but never required)
  • Any relevant context

What Happens Next

  • We review all reports within 24-48 hours
  • Urgent safety concerns are prioritized
  • We may take action including warnings, suspensions, or permanent bans
  • Your report is confidential—we don't share your identity with the reported user
